Being a sponsor for The Office 5k allows you to invest in the community by supporting Valley in Motion, a nonprofit that focuses on keeping the community connected and active through various projects. The level of recognition your company will receive is dependent on the level of sponsorship you choose. All levels of sponsorship will receive a spotlight on theoffice5k.com (with a clickable link to your website or Facebook page) as well as your logo on signage on race day. By becoming a sponsor, you are supporting Valley in Motion and the community, all while gaining valuable brand recognition.
There are five sponsorship levels to choose from, ranging from $100 to $7,500, as well as sponsorship slots for the race medal and race bags, each at $5,000. Each level offers unique opportunities for brand visibility and recognition, from logos on signage to social media recognition to an oversized check presentation of the day of the race by the presenting sponsor. With a multitude of sponsorship levels, every company can choose how they would like to get involved with The Office 5k.

Yes, after completing the form and selecting your method of payment, contact us to edit your company information. Please note that each sponsorship can only promote one business. If you wish to promote additional businesses, you will need to purchase multiple sponsorships.
The CFO Sponsor tier has logo placement along the race and walking routes, ensuring your logo will be seen by both walkers and runners. The Regional Manager Sponsor tier only includes logo placement along the race route; this means only those running the race will see your logo. To see a map of the race route, click here.

Proceeds from the Office 5K benefit Valley in Motion (VIM). VIM is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to creating a more vibrant, connected, and healthy community in the Lackawanna Valley. Their mission is to transform our neighborhoods through initiatives that enhance accessibility, promote physical activity, and support local pride. From building public murals to organizing community dialogues and events, VIM is committed to fostering positive change in our region. Check out some of their projects.
